Hello, it have been a while since last time.But things happen (and do not happen at the same time!) and and there is not much to do about it. Since last tiem i have managed to get injured during training, getting a new turtle, working & i have tried to make myself busy and not being so much home. Have i succeeded? Well, partially at least.

Where shall i start? Injuries i think. Exactly three weeks ago today i fall during full-contact traing..and injured my knee. The "funny" thing was that it was not during playing....but when i fell and tried to land safely. How typical of me. I could not work for 4 days. And no traing for over 2 weeks. I did go to the hospital for x-ray..and at least the was no fracture. I started traing a little this monday, and i have gotten a lot better since then...but it still aches..so i have to be careful. Hopefully it is gone soon! :)

Now, the turtle story. My new turle is a celebrity ;) They found him under the ice in on eof the rivers north of Umeå a few months ago..he was on the headline in the local newspaper ;) Marianne at Atlantis aquarium suggestet that i should get in touch with Holmsund Naturehistorical Museum (about a mile south of Umeå) to see if the have gotten any turtles that people had given to them. And i got ther famous one ;) Just one problem..i had decided to buy a female...and had alreday given her a name. Faye (after you-know who;) ).
But my friend Anna from Stockholm simply INSISTED that she should be called Sibel.And since she is a very "persuative ;)" person we agreed that Faye-Sibel should be the official name. Then i found out the it was a he..so Faye-Sibel is now offical a transvestite...haha..that is compromise for you !

Also i have found myself a sport to follow when football is off-season: Floorball. Keeps the abstinence away..haha.So i spend some time watchinmg the homegames...it is good to have someting to do..not just training and being home in front of the comp ;)

At last the holidays are over. Nothing much have been done, at least nothing of interest. Seldom have an christmas & new year been so genuinely boring. I wish i had slept it all away. I say this, it will not happen again.
Training have also been suffering because of this %/&%/&%/&% !!!

So, right now my life is a void. This blogg reflects that.

A little bit of this and that.

Working, training, sleeping. Working, training, sleeping. That is my life right now. I had a miserable weekend...you do NOT want to hear about it. And that is a promise.

Still no time to fix the aquarium (or getting a new turtle).

And it is soon Christmas...which for me will be both short and (bitter)sweet.

A short one...

It is at last friday...and for the firsttime in a week i have the whole evening to do absolutely nothing...no training. I have started to train with Westerbotten Huskies, the local Football-team. As in American Football.
Working out 5 to 7 times a week..it is really hard and challenging. But that is why i do it. Gotta go, i will be back,

A sudden death in the family.

My turtle Skade passed away today. I was given her in 1994 i think...but when i moved to Umeå i had not the time, or place, to take care of her...so Andreas and Ankelika took care of her for me. When they broke up, some time ago none of them had the space..so i took her back. Skade was at least 15 years old. So now i will find me another turtle who have no home...but i will never forget Skade. May you rest in peace.

KAROLINA!!!!!!!!!!!

Things have not been well in my camp lately..but at least one thing have made me very happy:

Karolina Westberg have decided to play another year with UIK! :) I am SO happy about that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Karolina!!!!!!! :)

If only Anne Mäkinen would sign now also....chances are that i die of joy ;)

Well, i have not been well, and when one are in pain..writing in a blogg is the last on ones mind.

Still, i have not been inactive, i have done things..like going to Stockholm watching UIK vs Djurgården/Älvsjö in the Swedish-Cup final (thanks for painkillers!). UIK lost, the first (and last) time this season. The way they played they deserved it..it was a pain to watch. But they took the gold in Damallsvenskan, that is what matters :)

More football...now it is Silly Season..and i can get no rest until Karolina Westberg and Anne Mäkinen have signed up for next season. Then i hope to celebrate...please, sign up!!

UIK beat the crap out of Odjurgården/Djävulen (sic)...many good things today..some which includes Karolina Westberg (who got to play today! :) ) I seen to be rid of my cold at last...so...workout on monday! Damn i have missed it!

I feel a bit...unfocused...gotta relax and put things together. But all in all, a great day :)

.....LISEN IS BACK! God how i have missed her. First the e-mailreply from Karolina, now this...i am truly a lucky man these days! Nothing much to add, really.

THIS SUCKS! Still sick..but had to go downtown. I am going to get lenses...hehe. And picked up my bike. And add to that, that i promised to help Kristoffer (from work) to help moving. Boy am i going to be beat tomorrow, even without the workout.

But as we say in Norrland "he e bara o bit ihop". Roughly translated to "one just have to keep going".

I wonder of there is some finnish blood in me after all...i seem to have Sisu ;)

When i got home last night, after work..i found a mail (reply) from Karolina Westberg in my inbox. That was the best thing that have happened to me since i do not know when...a really long time ago.
Thank you Karolina, you are the best! *smiles*

I seems that have gotten a cold...at least a sore throat, so i cannot workout :/
But whatever..right now i am SO happy anyway! And everything else is of no importance whatsoever :)

Zum kotzen!

So, what have happened..nothing much really. Still got some muscleache from fridays workout ;)

I have been eating pizza..probably for the last time in a VERY long time..just fat, fat, fat and FAT! I feel almost ill.

Going to try to call Sofia..again...have been unsuccessful for 3 weeks. This sucks.

Today is rather short in terms of blogging...back again tomorrow..with vengeance i hope!

SWEDEN WON!!!!!! Beat the crap out of Belo Russia. And other than that i had a great time going back and forth. And Evelina managed to get there too. good company, a good game..ehat else does one need? The only downer was that the photos i took with my cellphone were crap! The pics were too small :/ Somehow i must have changed the settings...damn!
I got some really good pictures of Marklund, Sjögran, Schelin and Lindahl. And also from the game. But it all went down the drain :( Next time i will make sure that it does not happens again!

But, the hour is late and i gotta sleep! But stay tuned for more worldshaking news ;)

Todays workout was really good..as you can guess from the title of todays index ;) I really felt i went forward with the training today, great progress!

At work we had a cleaningday = not much production = very relaxed tempo...great!

I had to workout alone, AGAIN! I am getting sick of this. I am seriously thinking about joining the local American Football team (Westerbotten Huskies), to train with them.I take training very serious...either one does train hard, or no at all. Huskies does it 5 times a week..my kind of attitude! I have to see what happens, but it is the most possible solution right now, because this cannot go on!

And i am soooo looking forward to watch UIK again..those who waits for something black and yellow...never waits too long;)

But tomorrow it is Skellefteå, and the national soccerteam...perhaps i see you there ;)

Now i gotta go back to the couch, to rest my tired old bones ;)

Been a while..again!

I had it updated a couple of days ago, but managed to erase it...how typical of me.

But nothing much have happened since that anyway..except that UIK won with 7-1 over Sunnanå...great game it was! Next weekend i am going away to Skellefteå to watch Swden-Belorussia...that is going to be fun. And today i got my pay...i am rich...for a short while ;)

Gotta go now, i hope to be back soon...to unleash another of my incredible exciting contributions to the internet ;)

Been a while! When i work afternoons i am too beat to write after work..and to sleepy before...Any conclusions? Yes, i gotta get another job!

On the other hand, nothing much have really happened. Well, when i think about it, i spoke to Sofia today.Thas is always a pleasure. I phoned her! That is almost unheard of when it comes to my habits! I have not spoken to her in a month..horrible really. So we decided to make up to it tomorow..i am already looking forward to it :) She really lives too far away! I miss the times when she lived here, but what can i do? I have doen some research on visiting, but the results were really depressing. If i am do not take at least a day off, i have tops 1 ½ days to stay..and two days of travelling. There are very few disadvantages with living in Umeå, but this is certainly a BIG one!!!!!!!! I shall see what i can do, but right now i am looking forward to tomorrow..that is all that matters right now :)

Today was supposed to be a cleaning day, but as you can see (i am here;) ) it is not going too well. Still got some aftermath from fridays workout ;)

And, last but not least, UIK beat the crap out of KIF Örebro on thursday...2-7 speaks for itself really! Go girls, soon the gold is yours!

Soon work again, but at least i got something done this weekend. Let us start with friday. After work it was workout, it was good..but not as last friday..but then again i did not get a Westberg-shirt either ;)

Friday evening i was home on the couch watching the movie "Der Untergang" while resting my poor body. "Der Untergang" (i assume you know of the movie, it is quite famous) was really good, i have been looking forward for the DVD release for a long time! And at least i got it! I was afraid that my expectations were too high, but i was really blown away! Then again, it is only me who get blown away by a movie about the end of the Third Reich on a friday night ;). Bruno Ganz portrait of Adolf Hitler was genious, and there were no pointed fingers at all..what a relief! After that there was not much to do but sleep, really heavy movie!

Saturnday was quite dull..the only fun that happened was that i spoke Anna Hofwing (formerly playing in UIK) on MSM, nice girl indeed.I was going to Linas birthdayparty. Since i knew that nothing would happen until earliest at 21.00, i decided to watch "Constantine". BAD decision.Not because the movie was bad, au contraire, but afterwords i was tired and had to go to bed. Sorry Lina :/

Now, today?

I got together my my computertable, at last! With the help of Pengan, who also took the old computertable..thanks for that! :)
